Dear Hessam,

I just wanted to let you and your staff knows what a wonderful experience I had when purchasing my latest luxury car acquisition. As you know, I am quite busy as the chief Podiatry Resident at St Mary's Medical Center here in San Francisco, and I cannot afford to take time off and spend days at a dealership trying to buy a car. Moreover, I definitely cannot afford purchasing a vehicle that I have to worry about when traveling to and from the hospital. I, especially, my patients, cannot afford me not reaching the hospital in a timely manner if my vehicle should breakdown. Therefore, I had to do my research of what and where to purchase my car. All roads led to Euro Imports. At first, I thought that buying a car from a dealer a thousand miles away might not be wise. But, after speaking with some of your previous customers and your service staff, I had to give you chance. I am glad that I did. Not only did I get the car that I wanted, a beautiful Black Mercedes ML 430 with all of the extras, I ended up paying $5000 less than the lowest biding dealer here in the bay area. Once at your dealership, I was treated as if I were a celebrity. Everyone was very attentive. You made sure that I got the car I wanted without any worries that I will be living a thousand miles away. Not an easy task.

My wife and I are both enjoying our new vehicle. So much so that her and her family all want one for themselves. I will definitely return to Euro Imports for my future car purchases and I will certainly let my family and friends know about you and your fabulous dealership.

Hey guys, Thank you for working out the tires/wheels.  The S-Class drives like a charm – no more shakes.  I am inspired to submit this following testimonial for the website to inspire other current and future Euro Imports customers:

It was a “no brainer’ to purchase my second car from Euro Imports when the time came.  My first purchase in 2003 was a Mercedes CLK 430.  I recall at that time I was new to the Phoenix area, not knowing many people, nor where to buy a good pre-owned car. And I needed a car fast.  I had little time to spend on this, but trust and quality were important.   My instincts led me to Euro Imports.  I was amazed at how personable everyone responded to me from the sales person to the service technicians.  They made sure that I was happy with my purchase.  If I was not pleased they were there to work with me.  Of course, I was happy.  So began a three-year friendship between myself and the Euro family.

In 2007 when it was time for an upgrade I had my sights on an S-Class.  Euro was my choice again – hands down.  And nothing has changed.  The sales professionals and service team worked with me in the purchase of this car to make sure I was 100% happy with it.  And this continues to the present day.  They bend over backwards to make me feel respected and confident in my choices. When I come in for regular repairs the staff knows my name and I do not feel swallowed up in complicated, impersonal handling.  The service is above board. And I must say that I really, really like these guys!
